Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students with diverse special needs, analyzing emotional and behavioral patterns to formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues while promoting emotional well-being and successful integration into the school community.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, and trauma-related challenges.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth, improving emotional regulation, and equipping students with effective coping strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care and effective interventions.

Qualifications
