• Design, coordinate, and execute individualized support packages aimed at empowering clients to overcome personal challenges and dependencies.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to evaluate their current psychological and social status, identifying needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Approach each client case holistically, establishing personalized and measurable treatment goals to track progress effectively.
• Continuously monitor and assess client advancement, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure maximum efficacy and support.
• Provide informed guidance and counseling during sessions, helping clients navigate decision-making processes and develop strategies for positive change.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records related to client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Participate in case conferences and engage in necessary advocacy, including providing expert testimony in court when required.
• Act as a key contact for clients and their families, fostering collaborative relationships within multidisciplinary teams.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources, ensuring clients have access to critical support services essential for their recovery journey.

Your work will directly impact individuals struggling with various mental health issues and substance use disorders. Collaborating with clients from diverse backgrounds, you will address their unique needs and challenges, offering tailored interventions that recognize and respect their cultural, social, and personal identities.

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), psychology, sociology, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Social Worker, demonstrating a strong understanding of social theories and methodologies.

• Adeptness at effective communication with a diverse range of populations and groups.
• Strong resilience and capacity to assess complex situations critically.
