The Behavioral Wellness Oasis Association is actively seeking a fully licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in providing comprehensive mental health services within our fully remote outpatient clinic. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will carry a caseload of clients, each with unique mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
  • Maintaining precise and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
  • Participating actively in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.
