• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing tools and methodologies that promote accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure teletherapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with clients in developing personalized therapeutic goals and ensure ongoing encouragement and support throughout their mental health journey.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques adapted to the unique preferences of clients, enhancing engagement and the overall efficacy of therapy.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment notes using our integrated practice management software, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. By providing compassionate care, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their personal growth and enhance their overall well-being.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for clients' experiences, showcasing an understanding of their challenges.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle remote client sessions and documentation efficiently.

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy, especially with a diverse client population.
• Familiarity with using practice management software and telehealth platforms to streamline therapy processes.
