This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Implementation Consultant based in Netherlands.

This role sits at the heart of the customer onboarding journey, ensuring that new clients successfully adopt and integrate complex HR and payroll solutions in a seamless, structured, and value-driven way. You will act as a trusted project coordinator, guiding customers through their first implementation phase while collaborating closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams. The environment is fast-paced, fully remote, and highly international, requiring strong communication and coordination skills. You will be responsible for turning client requirements into actionable implementation plans and ensuring smooth execution from kickoff to handover. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention. Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate and support end-to-end client implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of agreed milestones.

  • Assist in the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring full context transfer and alignment on customer expectations.
