• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat platforms, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s unique challenges, thereby maximizing their potential for recovery and growth.
• Design personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, incorporating their feedback and progress throughout therapy.

The primary client focus includes stable and low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly those arising from the heightened stress and anxiety prevalent in society today. • A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a current, state-issued mental health counseling license for independent practice in Missouri. Candidates must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation, with no limited or provisional licenses accepted.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding essential for client engagement and rapport.
• Proficient computer skills with a suitable personal computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.
• A stable and reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client care.
