Senior Director, Workforce Deployment

The Senior Director, Workforce Deployment leads the enterprise-wide centralized third-party labor deployment function, responsible for strategic oversight of third-party staffing relationships, invoicing and contract management, and internal resource deployment across Retail Services, Experiential, and Branded segments. This role exists to mature and scale a currently manual function into a systems-driven, data-informed operation that delivers cost efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance across all field labor deployment activity. The Senior Director serves as the primary point of influence for business units operating independent third-party staffing programs, working to bring all third-party engagements under centralized visibility. This role requires executive-level presence to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining the operational agility to support escalations and weekend coverage demands.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve enterprise third-party labor deployment strategy across multiple business segments

  • Lead third-party vendor relationship management including contract negotiations, service level expectations, performance reviews, invoicing oversight, and deployment governance

  • Drive consolidation of decentralized third-party labor programs into a centralized workforce deployment model through stakeholder engagement and change management

  • Oversee deployment and scheduling of company employees to meet client demand, maximize utilization, and optimize workforce allocation

  • Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of workforce management technology and automation solutions to modernize deployment operations

  • Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and dashboards for labor deployment activity, utilization, and third-party spend

  • Lead and develop workforce deployment team members while ensuring operational execution, performance management, and escalation support

  • Manage third-party vendor performance and compliance while recommending vendor expansion, consolidation, or replacement based on business needs and results
