• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to understand their unique mental health needs.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and facilitate their personal growth.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's preferences, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress towards established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to enhance accessibility for clients who prefer virtual care or face challenges attending in-office appointments.
• Maintain precise and updated documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices, methodologies, and continuing education requirements.

Glen Counseling, LLC serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with trauma, emotional disturbances, anxiety disorders, and chronic depression. Our approach recognizes the unique journeys of each client, allowing our therapists to employ effective strategies tailored to various backgrounds and mental health challenges.

• A current and valid state license as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• A non-judgmental attitude and the capability to provide a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload.

While experience in mental health counseling is preferred, we welcome applications from newly licensed professionals who exhibit a passion for helping clients. Experience with virtual therapy platforms is highly beneficial, as we continue to expand our telehealth offerings.
