The Role
As a Sr. Solutions Architect, Collaboration you will be tasked with designing solutions that enable advanced collaboration mechanisms across customer environments. In this pre-sales role, you will be working with Presidio clients, account executives and engineers to understand business requirements, design architectures and deliver professional proposals.
Travel Requirements: In this role you will be expected to travel up to 20%. It will be based in any location in the United States with preference for candidates in the Northeast, MidAtlantic, Central, and Southern states
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide pre-sales support of Cisco/Zoom/Microsoft Collaboration related opportunities & solutions.
  • Understand client's infrastructures, business needs & provide expertise and consulting on Cisco/Zoom/Microsoft solutions and third-party addon collaboration products.
  • Provide internal assistance on Cisco/Zoom/Microsoft solutions, product plans and roadmaps.
  • Conduct in-person & virtual presentations to clients.
  • Work closely with inside & outside account management team to develop & drive business.
  • Coordinate hardware & software quotations with account teams.
  • Develop and deliver scopes of works, hour/cost estimates, professional proposals, and design documentation.
  • Provide management and account team oral and written reports on the client needs, problems, interests, market situations, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
  • Gain knowledge about products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competition, and technology trends through research, partner technical experts and customer feedback.
  • Help guide and direct customers by performing ROI and TCO analyses of Cisco, Zoom, and Microsoft collaboration solutions

Required Skills and Professional Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 7+ years of relevant Unified Communications/Collaboration experience
  • 5+ years of consulting experience; Presales experience strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of Experience with 2 of the following solutions:
    • Microsoft Collaboration portfolio
    • Zoom Collaboration portfolio
    • Cisco Collaboration portfolio (CUCM, Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, Flex Licensing/Smart Accounts, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center)
  • Strong experience with migrating customers from on premise collaboration solutions to cloud collaboration platforms
  • Foundational understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure)
  • Foundational knowledge of DevOps/Automation with Workflow Integrations
  • Thorough knowledge of Cisco products and understanding of infrastructure and best practices.
  • Solid interpersonal and presentation skills including client-facing consulting skills.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML industry trends and initiatives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
  • Relevant technical certifications
  • Experience working for a Systems Integrator/Reseller or Vendor
