Compensation - $130,000 base.
Home Based Location - Our crew members can live anywhere within 2 hours to an airport in the lower 48
Schedule - We offer schedule options including 8/6 and 15/13. Travel days are included in your rotation!
Company Credit Cards and Per Diem - All crews are issued company credit cards for hotels, rental cars, etc., and crews are paid per diem of $80 domestic and $95 international for meal expenses.

We recognize that everyone has different career goals and that some individuals want to become more involved in the company over time. We are always excited to promote growth among our crew members, and when additional responsibilities are taken on, we pay for that. Exceptional Overtime and Holiday Pay - Your days off are yours! If you choose to work extra days on either end of your rotation, we pay for that. Does your rotation have you away from family and friends on a holiday? We pay for that, too. We are your advocates for balancing work with life, so when you have to miss a holiday or choose to work extra, we'll cover that.

We are looking for pilots with a solid record of safety, stability, and experience in both domestic and international operations. All pilots must be career-driven, dependable, and exhibit superior customer service with excellent communication skills. Successful candidates will have a strong employment background with a solid work ethic. With our growth, you couldn't get on with us at a better time for a lifelong career.
Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Citation variants and candidates with a strong 135 background. We are truly looking for long term pilots who want to continue to upgrade and grow with us!

  • CE-560XL
  • 3,000 hours total flight time
  • 1,500 hours PIC
  • 250 hours in type
  • Must be able to travel internationally without restriction
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Initial/recurrent in type within previous 36 months (preferred)
  • 500 hours in type (preferred)
  • International experience (preferred)
