What is a remote Cirrus Vision Jet pilot?

A Remote Cirrus Vision Jet Pilot is a professional pilot who operates the Cirrus Vision Jet, a small, single-engine private jet, often in a remote or contract capacity. This role typically involves flying the aircraft for owners or companies who require transportation services, sometimes managing flights without being based at the owner's home location. Duties include flight planning, ensuring passenger safety, aircraft maintenance oversight, and compliance with aviation regulations. Pilots in this role may also work for charter companies or provide ferry services. Remote pilots must hold appropriate licenses and have experience with the Cirrus Vision Jet or similar aircraft.
