• Function as a liaison between clients, their families, and a network of outpatient providers to coordinate care effectively.
• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate authorization for treatment and manage utilization reviews.
• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare services, ensuring clients transition smoothly into their recovery journey.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling healthy relationships with food and appropriate nutrition practices.
• Deliver individualized, safe, and affirming care tailored to each client's intersectional identities and experiences.

The patients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, often facing complex challenges related to substance use disorders and mental health. You will be instrumental in supporting individuals during a critical time in their recovery, addressing not just their immediate detox needs but also facilitating long-term healing and development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas is mandatory.
