• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using established frameworks to identify each client’s specific needs, including potential co-occurring disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that consider clients' unique life circumstances and psychological profiles.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing key issues such as addiction, trauma recovery, and mental health stability.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, using metrics and outcomes to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists to provide comprehensive care.
• Conduct educational sessions for clients and their families surrounding mental health topics, addiction, and recovery processes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the security of sensitive information.

Our clients primarily include individuals facing addiction as well as co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Each client’s journey is unique, requiring tailored therapeutic approaches that respect their individual experiences and goals. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of New York.
• A minimum of three years of recent professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong clinical background.

• Experience with addiction recovery and rehabilitation mental health methodologies.
• Training in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital patient management systems preferred.
