We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team at Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of infants and toddlers.
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor progress, outcomes, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of each child.
  • Provide tailored support to families, equipping them with skills and resources to encourage optimal child development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services.
  • Develop strong therapeutic relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Design individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices and the principles of Natural Learning Environments.
  • Champion the coaching model and promote natural environment teaching approaches that align with family routines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or delays, along with their families. You will engage with diverse populations in Fresno, California, ensuring that culturally responsive practices are at the forefront of service delivery. Building trusted relationships with families is essential, as they are integral to the child’s developmental process and the successful implementation of IFSPs.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
  • A valid LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
