  • Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continued professional development, staying abreast of current research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents experiencing a variety of psychological challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding them through issues ranging from mild anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral disorders. The work you do will have a profound impact on the lives of our young patients and their families, aiming to facilitate significant progress in their mental health journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
  • Skills in delivering individual and family therapeutic interventions.
Preferred Experience
  • Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields with at least two years of post-licensure experience preferred.
  • Experience providing therapy in a school or child-focused setting is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and adapt interventions based on children’s varying developmental needs.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to eligible candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Healthcare benefits that cover medical, dental, and vision care.
  • A retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay to ensure work-life balance.
  • Professional liability insurance coverage for peace of mind.
