Touchstone Wellness & Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote position. This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing flexibility while working alongside a collaborative team. As an LCSW, you will connect with clients primarily within a school facility, engaging with both students and parents to provide therapeutic support and resources. You will utilize modern telehealth technologies to deliver services, ensuring that the quality of care remains consistent and accessible.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients using evidence-based practices, including individual and group therapy techniques tailored to the needs of students.
• Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, participating in treatment discussions and ensuring that medication management aligns with therapeutic goals.
• Monitor client outcomes as part of a multi-disciplinary team, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Participate in continuity of care by facilitating discharge planning, advance care planning, and transitions to other levels of care.
• Develop comprehensive individual treatment plans that address psychiatric diagnoses, specific client concerns, and established treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in our electronic healthcare record system according to departmental policies.

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You will engage not only with the students but also with their families, empowering them to be active participants in the treatment process. Your work will significantly influence their emotional and psychological development, leading to improved academic and social outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current California state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Experience in crisis response and management is a valuable asset.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders is preferred.
• Experience working in educational environments or with child and adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in evidence-based clinical practices and a commitment to implementing outcome-focused care will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
