• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' relational and mental health needs, which inform the development of customized treatment plans.
• Employ family systems theory and systemic strategies to effectively address dynamics within relationships, communication issues, and family stressors.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to ensure the safety of clients and their families, particularly in moments of acute distress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Empower clients by educating them on effective communication practices, conflict resolution skills, and coping strategies that can enhance their emotional well-being.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate and optimize client care.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will address a wide range of concerns, such as relational dynamics, communication issues, and overarching mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting healing and building resilience within our client population.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience in providing therapy services, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• A solid commitment to maintaining ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic clinical team.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate various client needs and appointments.

• Prior experience working directly with adult and child/adolescent populations in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices.
