• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic modalities to address each client's unique circumstances, promoting personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform effectively to offer virtual therapy sessions, maintaining high standards of care regardless of location.
• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative tasks accurately in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in mental health counseling.

Our clientele includes individuals, children, and families experiencing various mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. • A current and valid state license as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a minimum requirement; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to counseling.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle diverse client needs efficiently.
