Empower Well Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create tailored intervention plans.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that objectives meet both child and family needs.
  • Monitor and document outcomes as part of a collaborative team focused on continual improvement and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers who may have developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW will play a crucial role in guiding families through early intervention services, supporting children as they develop essential physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills crucial for their age group.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas, per the Department of Public Health regulations.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel to local schools and family homes.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
