Intimate Bridge Counseling is in search of a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position focuses on supporting early intervention services, working primarily with young children who have disabilities or developmental delays. The successful candidate will play a vital role in conducting assessments, developing individualized family service plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote child development.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they reflect the unique needs of each child and family.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as a member of a collaborative team to ensure effective interventions are in place.
• Engage and provide support to families, empowering them with the information and skills necessary to enhance their child’s development.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and follow Natural Learning Environment Practices to design and deliver interventions effectively.
• Administer evaluations in various environments to foster a holistic understanding of each child’s needs.
• Establish rapport with children, families, and fellow team members to create a positive and collaborative therapeutic environment.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulatory requirements while ensuring the health and safety of clients and staff.

This role predominantly focuses on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or delays in development. Your insights and interventions will directly contribute to their ability to reach developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas during their crucial early years. Positioning children and families to succeed in their development is at the heart of our mission.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as required by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential in-person visits.
• A deep understanding of early childhood intervention and a commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills essential for managing caseloads effectively.
• Excellent collaboration abilities to work successfully within interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience working directly with children in early intervention services for at least one year.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse families.

• Demonstrated competency in utilizing diverse teaching methodologies tailored to individual learning styles.
• Experience within a community health setting can be an asset.
• Familiarity with common early intervention tools and frameworks.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and education. We offer an excellent benefits package, which includes:
