If you enjoy designing innovative systems and solving real world problems, you'll have fun working with us! Co-ops and interns at NLign get the opportunity to work on projects that make a difference in a wide range of exciting fields. Potential work responsibilities include:ย 

Customer Success

  • Assists in answering customer support questions.
  • Creates training material and presentations.
  • Conducts feature testing.
  • Interacts with customers.
  • Supports customer use case development.

Project Management

  • Assists in providing resource, cost, and timeline planning with project plan.
  • Clearly communicates project status internally.
  • Reports on status of tasks for stakeholders.
  • Tracks and reports on milestones and deliverables.
  • Assists in monitoring, explaining, documenting and reacting to actual vs estimated costs throughout project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrates curiosity in business fundamentals and how the company operates.

Responsibilities:

At NLign, co-op and intern students get the opportunity to work closely with our researchers to help develop and implement cutting-edge technology. The specific tasks will vary based on the project and the individual's skills, interests, knowledge, and aptitude, but will involve developing innovative solutions to solve customer problems.ย 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Applicant must be eligible to receive a U.S. Security Clearance, which at a minimum requires the applicant to be a US Citizen. See: Executive Order 12968 indicates U.S. Citizenship requirement to obtain a security clearance.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Preferred fields include Information Systems or Business with some tech experience or knowledge.ย 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Unit testing tools and methodologies knowledge and experience.
  • Experience dealing with customer service.
  • Experience with understanding, analyzing, and problem-solving in an engineering environment.
