• Conduct ethical and sensitive individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Design comprehensive and individualized treatment plans to address clients' goals and challenges.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process and work collaboratively to develop healthy coping strategies.
• Participate in regular team meetings for case discussions and professional development.

The client base includes stable, low acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in working with individuals who thrive on support and guidance to manage their conditions effectively. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships.
• Strong computer proficiency to operate telehealth platforms and maintain client records accurately.

Experience working with diverse populations is preferred, along with demonstrated capability in using evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Candidates who have prior telehealth experience or are well-versed in digital care solutions will excel in this role.
