As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic modalities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision and no history of disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, ensuring a smooth and effective therapeutic experience.

While not required, preferred experience includes familiarity with the latest developments in psychotherapy, particularly in solution-focused methods, as well as a strong track record of engaging with clients from various backgrounds. Previous experience in a remote counseling setting will be a significant advantage.
