This remote counseling position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling tailored to your availability. As a member of our outpatient office team, you will utilize our user-friendly counselor portal that simplifies administrative tasks, enabling you to devote more time to client care. You will engage in video consultation, working with a diverse client base in a supportive and inclusive workplace.

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via video chat, providing a secure environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities to facilitate effective treatment, enabling clients to see positive changes in their mental health.
• Design individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, employing evidence-based practices to guide their progress.
• Foster deep insights in clients regarding their experiences, emotions, and personal relationships to promote self-awareness and growth.
• Regularly track and evaluate progress against treatment goals, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Your role will focus primarily on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse array of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, mild to moderate depression, stress management, and interpersonal issues. Your expertise will be vital in guiding these individuals toward improved coping strategies and an enhanced quality of life.

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued independent mental health counseling license (such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist). Candidates with provisional licenses will not be considered.
• No history of disciplinary action or limitation on your counseling license.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and effective communication with clients.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate virtual platforms, with reliable technology to conduct video sessions.
• A dependable internet connection to ensure seamless client interaction.

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling settings is preferred.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of diverse treatment modalities that can be adapted to meet individual client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and patient documentation is beneficial.
