As a member of our remote team of mental health professionals, you will leverage modern digital tools to connect with clients, including secure video conferencing software and electronic documentation systems. • Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients using specialized teletherapy software, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are understood and addressed.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video calls, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are tailored to the online format, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic patient records, documenting session progress, treatment plans, and client feedback in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case discussions through conference calls or virtual chat platforms to ensure coordinated and effective care for shared clients.
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay updated on best practices in telehealth counseling and contribute insights toward enhancing clinic operations and patient experiences.

Your role will focus on a diverse range of clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns, among other mental health challenges. • A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• You must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in practicing independently without supervision is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong empathic presence, and a commitment to client welfare.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology for teletherapy and documentation.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to a remote counseling setting.
• A background in working with a varied client demographic is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
