The clients you serve through Healing Mind Behavioral Clinic are primarily stable adults seeking psychological support. They are screened prior to engagement, ensuring you work with individuals who align with your specialization. This demographic allows for focused therapeutic interventions in a low-acuity environment, enhancing the overall therapeutic relationship and improving client outcomes.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a supportive nature towards clients.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate virtual therapy platforms effectively.
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses; must be fully licensed to practice.
