• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Implement innovative, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to fit each client's unique circumstances and needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their goals, previous experiences, and overall mental health status.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, offering adjustments to care as needed and implementing healthy coping strategies.

The clients you will serve include individuals of various ages and backgrounds facing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. As a remote service, you may encounter clients in need of immediate support or ongoing therapy, allowing you to adapt your approach to their unique situations.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Ability to operate independently, demonstrating confidence in clinical decision-making without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Proficiency in using technology; ability to navigate our counseling platform and work efficiently in a remote environment.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods.
• Previous work in outpatient settings or similar environments.
• Knowledge or specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, or family therapy.

Your remuneration will range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, contingent upon your hours worked and client load. Our compensation package includes:
