• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, utilizing your therapeutic skills to enhance their mental health.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and life experiences, fostering insight into personal growth and relationship dynamics.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and articulating their mental health goals.
• Thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
• Maintain concise and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our dedicated therapist portal.
• Stay updated with current mental health practices and protocols to continuously ensure optimal client care.

In this role, you will primarily engage with a population of prescreened clients who are stable and have low acuity mental health needs. This allows therapists to build therapeutic relationships without the expedited pressures often associated with high-acuity cases, ultimately leading to more meaningful and impactful counseling outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
• Must possess an independent license: either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) issued by the relevant state board.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and make sound decisions regarding treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Strong computer proficiency, capable of using virtual therapy tools and documentation systems effectively.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar mental health setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
