This full-time remote position offers the flexibility of creating your own schedule while providing essential mental health services to clients across Springfield, Massachusetts, and beyond. With competitive annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, plus a sign-on bonus, you will play a vital role in improving the mental well-being of diverse client populations through virtual counseling.

You will connect with clients primarily through our secure video chat platform, which has been specifically designed to facilitate a smooth and effective therapeutic experience. We handle administrative tasks and billing, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing high-quality mental health care.

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video, focusing on improving clients' mental health and emotional wellbeing.
• Guide clients through discussions about their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing therapeutic goals that align with their personal aspirations.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans leveraging a solution-focused approach, ensuring continuity of care.
• Document session notes and treatment plans in accordance with the organization’s standards, maintaining an organized and accurate client file.

Our clients are prescreened, stable individuals who generally present with low-acuity mental health needs. This allows for a therapeutic environment conducive to growth and healing, where you can utilize your skills to help clients navigate various challenges such as anxiety, stress, and relationship issues.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent state license in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Note that provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to make professional evaluations and implement appropriate treatment recommendations based on clinical training and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, complemented by empathy and a supportive demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our therapy portal and maintain client documentation efficiently.

• Previous experience in telehealth or online counseling is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with diverse populations or specialized in certain demographics can enhance your fit within our team.
