Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using video chat, providing ethical and empathetic counseling to clients.
  • Perform thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate ongoing sessions to help clients cultivate essential coping strategies and enhance their problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Document client progress accurately while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on supporting stable, low-acuity adults who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires a sensitive and individualized approach to address their unique circumstances, fostering an environment where clients feel safe and empowered to share their experiences. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current independent state licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, with no disciplinary actions on record.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and proficiency with digital communication platforms.
  • A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing mental health counseling in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms used in virtual therapy.
  • Background in working within community health settings or with underserved populations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
