Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ethical, compassionate, and individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.
  • Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to develop tailored interventions that meet clients' unique needs.
  • Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, documenting client progress and adapting approaches as necessary.
  • Guide clients in exploring their emotions, perceptions, and relationships to foster deeper self-understanding.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular reviews of treatment strategies, introducing healthy coping mechanisms as needed.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with low-acuity adults who seek support for a range of mental health issues. The clients are stable but may require assistance in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Your role is pivotal in helping them cultivate skills that lead to improvement in their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications
  • M.A. or M.S. in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously without supervision, with a focus on ethical practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and virtual therapy platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with diverse populations or within community health settings.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
