The position requires strong digital communication skills, as you will engage with clients primarily through video chat and messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, working collaboratively with clients to discuss their mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Assist clients in exploring their emotions and life experiences, encouraging self-reflection and personal growth.
• Actively advocate for your clients by helping them define and pursue achievable goals related to their mental health.
• Manage client assessments, develop treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Facilitate referrals and connection to additional resources as needed to support client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will be stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health concerns. Each client is carefully screened to ensure that you will be working primarily with individuals who do not present severe mental health issues. You will have the flexibility to choose the demographics you are most comfortable working with, enhancing your ability to deliver effective counseling tailored to their unique needs. Additionally, our system provides unlimited referrals, meaning you can spend less time on marketing and more time engaging with clients who align with your expertise.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
• Proven ability to make clinical evaluations and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and supportive approach to counseling.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable utilizing online therapy modalities and platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in counseling individuals with low acuity mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and online therapeutic tools.
• Previous experience advocating for clients within community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your hours worked and the scope of your responsibilities. Our compensation package includes:
