Counselors will engage with clients primarily through a secure video chat platform, ensuring accessibility and convenience, while receiving a yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 based on hours worked.

Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing for significant flexibility in your schedule. Counselors can choose to work full-time, exceeding thirty hours a week, or part-time, with a minimum of five hours a week. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to patients via video chat, ensuring a supportive environment for clients' needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health statuses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions that help clients cultivate new coping skills, enhance problem-solving abilities, and improve communication skills.

• Documenting session outcomes and progress in client records while minimizing paperwork to focus on client care.

• Participating in ongoing training and supervision to stay updated with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults who may face challenges such as stress management, anxiety, or mild depression. This demographic often benefits from therapeutic support focused on personal growth and resilience. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure in the state of Massachusetts as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with strong computer literacy for effective use of digital health platforms.

• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection for maintaining high-quality virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are required, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling, familiarity with integrated care approaches, or expertise in specific therapeutic modalities may be well-prepared to thrive in this role.
