We are offering a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, based on experience and hours worked, along with a generous sign-on bonus.

This position is uniquely designed to be fully remote, offering our counselors exceptional flexibility in their work schedules. As a member of our all-virtual team, you will have access to state-of-the-art technology enabling seamless communication and client engagement. Our outpatient office serves as an administrative hub, while counseling sessions occur in a comfortable and familiar setting conducive for both therapists and clients.

• Conduct systematic and ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation, guiding them through their mental health journey.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that they address the specific needs and goals of clients.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions and relationships, fostering personal growth and understanding.
• Regularly monitor client progress against treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to improve mental well-being.
• Educate clients on developing healthy coping strategies and enhancing their quality of life.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health concerns. Your work will directly contribute to improving their mental health and overall quality of life, aligning with our mission to provide compassionate, effective care. The clients will often seek your assistance for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess one of the following licenses for independent practice: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional licenses or previous disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying empathy and understanding.
• Strong computer skills with competence in remote therapy platforms.

• Experience in virtual counseling or teletherapy is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques.
• A background in working with diverse client populations is highly valued.
