• Conduct comprehensive virtual counseling sessions, utilizing secure video technology to support clients in real-time.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address various behavioral health conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment sessions within our secure web platform.
• Utilize technology for administrative tasks, including scheduling sessions, managing follow-ups, and integrating web-based interventions into treatment.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients through virtual means, ensuring they feel supported and understood.

As a Telehealth LCSW at Synchronous Health, you will provide care to a diverse patient population. Your clients will include adolescents aged 8 and up, as well as adults coping with a range of mental health challenges. Each interaction is designed to cater to the individual’s unique history, emotional well-being, and personal goals, enhancing their journey toward recovery.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of diverse treatment experience navigating various mental health conditions within an interdisciplinary framework.
• Familiarity with state telehealth regulations and legislation.
• Proficiency in digital technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions and administrative tasks.

• Experience working with adolescents is a significant advantage.
