As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Delivering weekly supervision and mentorship to graduate students pursuing clinical licensure, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in adherence to confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Engaging in continuous education and professional development by staying informed about current research, therapy advancements, and best practices in the field.

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Current professional liability insurance to ensure protection during practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client management.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are desirable:

• Prior supervisory experience working with practicum students or emerging therapists.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement methodologies.
• Familiarity with the latest therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices that address diverse clinical needs.
