As a Charge Entry Representative Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department employees. This is a remote position.
What you'll do:
  • Oversee daily charge entry operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely claim submission
  • Manage and develop Client Bill Associates through coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Monitor workloads, work queues, and SLA performance to maintain balance and meet deadlines
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing in accordance with contracts, policies, and quality standards
  • Review and resolve complex or escalated billing issues, ensuring clear client communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Implementation, Client Success) to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain strong client relationships through calls, escalations, and consistent service delivery
  • Oversee client portal usage, ensuring team and client proficiency
  • Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics; prepare reports and recommend process improvements
  • Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth billing integration
