Purpose
The position involves significant data entry and requires utmost discretion, security, and integrity, as the data is confidential.
Responsibilities
  • Input Data: Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, or systems primarily digital files
  • Verify Accuracy: Double-check entries for errors and inconsistencies to maintain data integrity
  • Organize and Sort Data: Sort and categorize data for easy retrieval, reference and analysis

Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin
  • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA
  • Have and maintain good academic and judicial standing at the university
  • Ability to be flexible and energetic in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to complete all required training and attend team meetings and trainings
  • Maintain discretion, security, and integrity with confidential information
  • Be timely, responsible, and responsive
