The Program Manager leads the long-term success of the client's well-being program by developing and executing a comprehensive, customized strategy aligned with organizational needs and culture. Partnering closely with the client team, this role focuses on managing well-being engagement initiatives, promoting benefits, and supporting vendor relationships. The Program Manager continuously identifies opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, ensures alignment with business priorities, and delivers measurable outcomes that support a lasting culture of health.

This role is a Hybrid with expectations of 4 days in the Eden Prairie, MN office and 1 day working remote. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Well-being Employee Engagement
    • Innovate creative approaches to increasing healthy behavior change and employee adoption of existing key benefits that will improve the health and well-being of the workforce
    • Support organizational goals by developing targeted engagement approaches, especially for high-risk or hard-to-reach groups
    • Manage and/or conduct well-being presentations, guest speakers, and outreach activities
    • Standardize and deliver well-being content while tracking effectiveness through engagement metrics and quality KPIs to demonstrate impact
    • Events and challenges - project manage assigned events/challenges, plan and execute at virtual and onsite events (ex: health fairs, well-being breaks)
  • Stakeholder Relationships
    • Partner with key stakeholders to drive an integrated, data-informed approach to population health and holistic well-being
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers, strengthen referral pathways, and ensure alignment across well-being initiatives
    • Engage employee resource groups (ERGs) and internal partners to enhance program reach, relevance, and employee participation
  • Vendor Management Support
    • Supports the well-being team in managing their vendor solution partners
    • Collaboration on promoting vendor's public or client-based webinars or special campaigns, updating any benefit changes on intranet, configuration documentation, employee escalations
    • Assist in translating outcomes from vendor reports into targeted campaigns or initiatives that further achieve employee benefit adoption from those with highest solution related needs (across emotional, physical, financial, and social well-being)
  • Well Champ Network
    • Innovate and modernize the champion network
    • Set annual goals and build a strategic plan to achieve goals
    • Operational management to include recruitment of champions, roster management, monthly meetings and reporting
    • Equip and educate champions with tools and resources
  • Other Program Responsibilities
    • Project management of well-being award applications
    • Communications to support programming, United Well-being inbox and United Well-being Viva Engage channel

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience driving cultural change and enhancing performance in cross-functional environments through process improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing holistic well-being strategies and programs
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership, and to foster strong collaborative relationships
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and driving change across diverse teams and leadership levels
  • Skilled in training and developing cross-functional teams to support program goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid business acumen with a professional presence and presentation skills

  • Experience navigating and contributing within large, matrixed corporate environments
  • Solid capabilities in planning, organization, accuracy, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities with speed and precision
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in relevant computer hardware and software applications
     

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
