Charlie Health & Rehab Clinical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Counselor include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Providing consultation on pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, positive behavioral support plans, and medication management strategies.
  • Documenting all required information in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
