What You’ll Do

  • Lead magical, age-appropriate adventures (aka lesson plans) for our tiniest learners
     
  • Create a cozy, nurturing classroom where babies feel safe, loved, and engaged
     
  • Support developmental milestones through songs, play, and discovery
     
  • Build warm, trusting bonds with families—you’ll be their child’s first superhero!
     
  • Keep safety and licensing standards on point (superheroes follow rules, too!)
     

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
     
  • Prior infant care experience (required)
     
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
     
  • Clear background check & TB test ($66 fee)
     
  • Patient, nurturing, and communicative
     
  • A love for little giggles, story time, and baby dance breaks
     
  • A heart for early childhood education
     
  • Team spirit and great communication skills
