Job description

Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Celonis Data Modeler to support KYC initiatives by building and optimizing process mining data models, KPIs, and dashboards using the Celonis platform. The role involves designing and building Celonis data models, managing action flows, and ensuring data accuracy and performance in collaboration with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build Celonis data models and data pipelines
• Develop and manage action flows, KPIs, and dashboards within Celonis
• Translate business requirements into process mining solutions for KYC workflows
• Support integration of AI-driven insights into Celonis use cases
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of Celonis applications
• Collaborate with global stakeholders (US, UK) to deliver solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis
• Strong experience with data modeling, process mining, and dashboard development
• Experience building KPIs and action flows in Celonis
• Exposure to AI/analytics within Celonis or similar platforms
• Experience in financial services, preferably KYC or compliance
