This position is entirely remote, catering to a flexible work-life balance that fits your lifestyle. You will have the peace of mind of knowing that administrative burdens, including client billing and credentialing processes, are managed by our dedicated staff. Our hours are convenient, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you have your weekends free to recharge and spend time with family.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic interventions to address varied client needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and progress notes for each session, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to coordinate care and improve overall patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training initiatives to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of best practices within the mental health field.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver high-quality behavioral health services remotely while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.

You will serve a diverse client base, including individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients are seeking guidance and support in navigating their emotional landscape, and your role will be pivotal in helping them achieve their mental health goals.

• A valid Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• Experience and comfort in employing telehealth technologies for remote client sessions.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling, with a focus on outpatient services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that support comprehensive clinical documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to enhance care delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a stable salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
