Your responsibilities will be carried out in a supportive virtual environment, supplemented by an outpatient office presence when necessary. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate clients' needs, preparing individualized care plans based on your findings.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic intervention strategies, adjusting them as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes, including measurable progress towards treatment goals.
• Lead engaging therapy sessions using recognized methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for low-acuity clients.
• Effectively manage crisis situations, utilizing both your clinical expertise and empathetic communication to de-escalate concerns and maintain client safety.
• Participate in case consultations with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to client management, enhancing collaboration across our therapeutic services.

The clientele served at Life Changing Counseling Solutions primarily includes individuals experiencing low to moderate mental health concerns. • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a strong client-focused attitude.
• Proficient organizational and time management abilities necessary for handling multiple clients and ensuring timely session delivery.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient services.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling platforms is highly desirable.
• Exposure to a range of therapeutic techniques and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
