• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques, tailoring interventions to meet the needs of individuals and families addressing emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform initial treatment plans and discharge goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aligned with each client’s treatment requirements.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with professional and organizational standards while adapting plans as client needs evolve.
• Manage a diverse caseload, participating in regular treatment team meetings to coordinate care and optimize services for clients, advocating collaboratively with other specialists.
• Respond proactively to client feedback, ensuring that any unmet needs are resolved to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Adhere to safety protocols, prioritizing patient welfare in all aspects of care delivery.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the practice.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client demographic, including both adults and children/adolescents. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.
• Current state or national licensure as a mental health therapy provider or eligibility for state licensure.

• Strong commitment to professionalism and ethics in mental health practices.

• Prior experience in providing therapy across the lifespan, including with adults, children, and adolescents.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapeutic practices is advantageous.
• Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration within a mental health setting enhances qualifications.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
