Key Responsibilities
  • Create individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implement diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Foster a therapeutic environment that empowers clients to communicate their concerns and challenges.
  • Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.
