• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and environmental factors affecting clients, particularly students.
• Develop personalized service plans with specific goals and interventions, carefully monitoring client progress.
• Provide individual and family counseling tailored to the unique challenges faced by students and their families, including transitions, academic stressors, and more.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans effectively during high-stress situations.
• Engage actively with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
• Participate in community outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of the mental health services available at Resilience Rays Therapy.
• Take part in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to continuously improve service delivery and teamwork.

Your primary focus will be on providing services to students within school settings, including their families. Clients may face various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or socio-economic hurdles. By offering targeted support, you will play a vital role in promoting resilience and fostering positive outcomes for young individuals navigating complex life situations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proven skills in counseling and case management, with strong ability to build therapeutic relationships.
• An understanding of trauma-informed care, community resources, and socio-economic justice issues.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to design collaborative problem-solving strategies with clients.

• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Background in crisis intervention, community outreach, and resource coordination.
• Previous experience in a social service agency focused on mental health is strongly preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
