Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to inform individualized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating actively with other mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists and psychologists—ensuring continuity and effectiveness of care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service quality and professional development.
• Providing educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and available community resources.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and treatment methodologies in the mental health field to continuously enhance clinical practice.

Your practice will involve working with a diverse array of clients, from adolescents to adults, dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role invites you to engage in meaningful interactions that can lead to substantial improvements in your patients' lives, ultimately contributing to community mental health enhancement.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, specifically aimed at delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency with evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective client interactions.

• Experience in remote therapy practices and telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance patient documentation processes.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust base salary, we provide:
