The successful candidate will work in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative approach with our clinical team. Although most work hours will be during standard business hours, occasional evening and weekend hours may be necessary based on client needs, providing an opportunity to directly impact lives during critical times.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges impacting their mental health and wellbeing.
• Develop comprehensive service plans that establish clear goals, intervention strategies, and progress tracking for individual clients.
• Provide compassionate counseling and support to clients facing challenges related to addiction, trauma, or other personal crises.
• Collaborate with clients to design personalized service plans that connect them to essential community resources, ensuring they receive the support they need.
• Deliver crisis intervention support, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients in acute distress.
• Engage with local community agencies and organizations to coordinate services and actively advocate on behalf of clients, ensuring they have access to vital resources.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about the services offered by Hartford Mental Healthcare Center.
• Regularly convene with team members for case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to enhance service delivery.

This role will primarily focus on serving individuals in crisis, particularly those in a detox setting who are experiencing substance use disorders. Clients may also include individuals dealing with concurrent challenges such as trauma, domestic abuse, and socio-economic disparities. Your work will be instrumental in supporting clients through their recovery journey and connecting them with relevant resources to promote long-term wellbeing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Proven expertise in trauma-informed care and a strong understanding of social and economic justice issues.
• Exceptional communication skills and a high level of cultural competency.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a client-focused mindset to address various emotional and social challenges.

• Experience working in a social service agency or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with local community resources and their alignment with social work practices.
• Previous involvement in case management or direct counseling services within a mental health framework.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, selected candidates will receive a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
