As an LCSW, you will play an instrumental role in advocating for, assessing, and addressing the social and emotional needs of vulnerable populations.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges impacting their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Develop comprehensive service plans that establish clear goals, intervention strategies, and progress tracking for individual clients.
  • Provide compassionate counseling and support to clients facing challenges related to addiction, trauma, or other personal crises.
  • Collaborate with clients to design personalized service plans that connect them to essential community resources, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
