In this role, you will provide therapeutic support primarily to children, adolescents, and families in school environments, addressing a range of mental health issues from anxiety to behavioral challenges. You will strive to create meaningful and supportive relationships with clients, fostering resilience and facilitating their journey towards improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• At least two years of clinical experience focusing on delivering psychotherapeutic services, preferably within educational or community settings.
• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with adaptability to remote delivery.
