Wellness Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote capacity. This role will allow you to leverage your skills in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. You will engage in in-depth evaluations, create personalized therapy plans, and provide ongoing support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while still enabling you to connect deeply with clients. You will be working from home while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for managing client information, treatment plans, and documentation of sessions. The remote nature of the job positions you within a digital-first culture, promoting work-life balance while maintaining high standards of therapy delivery.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools to identify therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to connect with and support a diverse clientele.
• Monitor clients' progress systematically, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Refer clients to additional resources and specialists, including psychiatrists when pharmacological evaluation or intervention is required.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in the EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Engage in weekly clinical supervision and participate in case review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
• Must possess a current and valid license in Nevada as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of four years of experience in clinical mental health counseling, with a solid understanding of diagnostic procedures and therapeutic modalities.
• Proven proficiency in delivering therapy that is culturally competent and inclusive.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and an ability to remain composed in challenging client situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
• Comfortable using technological tools, particularly electronic health record systems, for managing client documentation and treatment plans.

• Experience working within a community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices related to depression and substance abuse treatment.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
