Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools to identify therapeutic needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to connect with and support a diverse clientele.
  • Monitor clients' progress systematically, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
  • Refer clients to additional resources and specialists, including psychiatrists when pharmacological evaluation or intervention is required.
  • Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in the EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
  • Engage in weekly clinical supervision and participate in case review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

  • A minimum of four years of experience in clinical mental health counseling, with a solid understanding of diagnostic procedures and therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
