• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions that utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress continuously using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care and accountability.
• Engage in regular case reviews and participate in supervision sessions with fellow therapists, promoting a culture of shared learning and professional growth.

Our target population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and families seeking support to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A current and valid license in the State of Nevada as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a diverse client caseload.

• Prior experience providing mental health counseling via telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and techniques.
• Experience with collaborative treatment planning and interdisciplinary team approaches.

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload. In addition to competitive salary offerings, we provide:
